GoLearn Leicestershire Adult Learning Service (LALS) is rated as a 'Good' service by Ofsted. We have an exciting opportunity to recruit for an Adult Learning Programme Manager due to the retirement of the current post holder. You will be responsible for our Family Learning programme and the post also includes responsibility for managing the East Locality of Leicestershire for LALS. This is a permanent, part-time post at 0.8FTE. 
  
The Family Learning programme engages and supports families through learning and the team work with various partners to achieve the learning outcomes, such as with Schools, Family Centres, Libraries and Community Houses to name a few.
  
The successful applicant will be an experienced manager, with a proven track record of leading a team and maintaining quality and standards in provision. You will have excellent communication and management skills.
   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
• Qualified to degree level and a professional qualification relevant to the post.
• Recent management experience in a relevant setting, including responsibility for staffing and financial resources.
• Experience of developing and/or managing accredited and non-accredited adult learning programmes.
• Evidence of curriculum development.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and improvement systems in relation to adult learning.
