ESPO have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Technologies officer to join their team to help Manage and develop the implementation and application of eProcurement software solution technologies in the ESPO supply chain with overall ownership and governance of the system, associated process, and administration. Review and develop wider e-commerce applications within the Procurement and Compliance division- managing over 200 ESPO contracts and building relationships with ESPO stakeholders.
   
We are looking for candidates who:
• Has a qualification in a relevant subject (Degree/Diploma, etc.) such as Business Studies, Management Information, Information Technology or relevant experience of using eProcurement systems, and producing high quality and complex management information for an organisation, particularly performance monitoring information.
• Experience of working in a procurement environment in a medium/large and/or complex organisation.
• Range of experience in public procurement and supply procedures and processes including sourcing, tendering, contract management.
• Experience of eProcurement activities and processes
• Experience of cross team working.
• Proven experience in supporting the establishment and management of relationships with suppliers, eProcurement technology providers, and the continuous improvement of the technology
• Practical experience of the production of management information in relation to commercial activities of an organisation, including analysis, presentation, review, improvement of data and development to meet business and commercial needs
