Our Business Services Team are a positive, forward thinking team with a strong focus on delivering efficiency and customer service.  We provide a high-quality customer focused business support service which is responsive to internal and external customer needs.

We have 3 Teams within the wider Business Services Team; The Support Services Team, The Secretariat and The Information and Complaints Team and whilst this post will be primarily based in the Support Services Team, you will be expected to work flexibly across the wider team of Corporate Resources Business Services.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a good level of organisation. 

Your role will be varied and interesting. You will be expected to take responsibility for a range of daily administrative tasks that support the effective delivery of Business Support Services and the Corporate resources as a whole, performing tasks such as;  accurate and efficient data entry,  processing of  ID/Access badges and parking permits, ensuring accurate and up to date records are maintained, ordering supplies and services and dealing with general phone and email enquiries   ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant qualification or experience

  • 5 GCSE's (grades 4-9 or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel etc)
  • A good level of numeracy and communication Skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Able to work on own initiative
