2 posts Fixed Term for up to 2 years and 1 post fixed term 1 year.
    
The starting salary is £19,698(level 1) rising to £20,493(level 2) on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time)

The roles are to support the Proactive Enforcement Service and Jait Team in ensuring Landlords and Managing Agents are applying for Selective, Mandatory and Additional licences.
 
You will also ensure the provision of an efficient and effective housing licensing scheme and provide a support service for Environmental Health and Safer Housing.   
     
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to record and enter accurate data into a computer and to follow procedure to generate documents.
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge and ability to use a range of IT systems including a variety of software packages in order to word process documents, maintain databases, update cleanse information and use this information to generate documents.
• Experience in providing customer service with the ability to communicate effectively and in writing, face to face and over the telephone.
• The drive and self-motivation to work towards team and individual targets to contribute effectively without constant supervision.
