This is a part time, term time only post

  • To process a range of paperwork/referrals in relation to pupil services policies (non-attendance and penalty notice prosecutions)
  • To assist in the preparation of documents for Prosecution process via the Court
  • To provide admin support and assist service's administration by collating confidential information from schools and academies and inputting information onto spreadsheets and database
  • To advise schools and parents in accordance with relevant pupil services policies, practice and legislation
  • To communicate effectively with parents (and their representatives), clients, school headteachers and staff, other local authorities, other parts of the Children and Young People's Service, other local agencies, external bodies (e.g. DfE) County Councillors and MPs.
