Leicestershire Music are looking to recruit an experienced classroom Woodwind specialist to join our highly successful team and deliver instrumental woodwind music lessons to whole classes of pupils, ranging from KS2 to KS4. We currently have a contract available to deliver 13.5 hours a week teaching for 34 weeks of the Academic Year (460 hours in total).   • Woodwind specialist (E.g. Clarinet, Saxophone & Flute)
  • Experience of delivering high quality instrumental music education in schools
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding children legislation and practice in schools 
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to form good working relationships with a variety of people
  • Punctual, reliable and able to work without supervision
  • Self-motivated 
  • Enthusiastic about the value of music education
