We now have a superb opportunity to join our Organisational Development team, supporting the delivery of our vision to be a “values led organisation that people are proud to work for.”
Our focus is on leadership, workplace and culture, and developing new ways of working whilst ensuring the wellbeing of our employees.
Your role will be to plan, develop and deliver organisational and learning development interventions, supporting People Strategy projects to drive high levels of employee engagement, create new ways of working, enabling a culture that drives performance and embraces change.
Working in partnership with HR and OD Business Partners, senior leadership teams, managers and staff to fully understand the key business drivers and needs of current and future workforce challenges at an organisational and local level.
As an ideal candidate it is likely you will have a proven background within human resources, organisational and learning development, or experience within communications or project management.
You should have: 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to present to a range of audiences 
  • The ability to influence and persuade and to challenge appropriately
  • Commercial awareness, developing practical and cost effective solutions
  • Knowledge of organisational development best practice, theory and its practical application particularly in the context of transformation, workforce development and performance improvement
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload where there are conflicting priorities and deadlines to be met
