Would you like to work in a creative and inspiring team with the opportunity to make a real difference to the social care sector and its workforce? Inspired to care is a project set up to support the external adult social care sector, in Leicestershire & Rutland, to develop and support delivery of the four key themes set out within the Health and Social Care Sector Growth Plan;

  1. Improve the image of the sector.
  2. Support the sector with resilience and growth.
  3. Develop and retain the current workforce.
  4. Attract a high-quality workforce.


Our new team member will support change perceptions of working within social care, attract quality care professionals and support creating meaningful career pathways to retain a quality workforce.


We are looking for someone who is creative and has passion and flair, that can think outside of the box, to influence decision makers and business owners on how to improve recruitment, retention and development processes and outcomes. Experience working within a social care recruitment role or within the social care sector is essential to help to consultatively coach and support with recruitment & retention best practice.


The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge of recruitment and retention techniques and the challenges within the social care sector and have knowledge of the candidate journey from beginning to end.
