Salary Range: £22,185 - £24,495 per annum Grade 8
Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) are seeking to recruit an Assistant Marketing & Communications Officer to support the delivery of the LRS Marketing Plan and the roll out of our local Active Together campaign. You will work within our team to support more people get and stay physically activce by using your creativity, digital and strong organisational skills.  The successful candidate will:
- Raise the profile of the local Active Togther physical activity campaign, working with the LRS team, partners and other agencies to develop creative relateable messaging to support the communities of Leicestershire, Leicester & Rutland move more.
- Be responsible for creating content and scheduling across all LRS social media platforms.
- Effectively use digital marketing tools ie. newsletters, videos, infographics, to engage LRS partners and communities of Leicestershire, Leicester & Rutland.
- Developing tailored messages to promote the benefits of sport and physical activity and the programmes we offer, to enable us to reach the target audiences we work with.
Can you think creatively, develop exciting content and have the knowledge and experience to increase our online presence and engagement?  Do you have excellent digital and IT skills?  If so, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self motivated individual with these skills to join our team.
