We are now looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, innovative and inspiring individual to join our ambitious team to help us deliver a diverse, rich and innovative events and performance programme that enriches, connects and celebrates the musical achievements of young people, communities, stakeholders and Hub partners.

The successful candidate must be passionate about music and possess the relevant skills, experience and ability to deliver a world class events and performance programme for our young people. They will need to be able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to design the events programme, which will be developed in response to needs analysis and in line with our ambitious business plan, and will be delivered using the latest mediums; including digital platforms, virtual performances as well as the traditional in person events.      

  • Degree or equivalent in Events management or demonstrable experience of working in an equivalent role
  • Significant experience of delivering objectives against challenging timescales
  • Experience of managing and co-ordinating significant events
  • Experience of developing a partnership approach and working collaboratively both in a virtual and face to face way
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and event management procedures
  • Detailed knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Knowledge and experience of DfE guidelines/ LA guidelines around child licencing
