MAIN DUTIES:
Working with member authorities, suppliers and contractors to develop and implement a business plan with clear objectives that ensure that the MHA+ takes a collaborative and innovative approach to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of highway services.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Chartered Civil Engineer or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in the highway sector
  • Able to build strong relationships, deliver high performance and support and motivate
  • Able to champion continuous improvement and innovation.
