Exciting opportunity for Learning Support Assistants (Permanent) for our new Communication and Interaction Unit – Grade 5 - Pay Points 7 to 8 – Salary range - £14,166.24 to £14,773.98 actual salary

As a Learning Support Assistant, you may be working with different pupils from year groups reception to year 6. Throughout this role you will be required to support learners on a one to one basis in class, and to help within small group work tasks. The pupils timetable has a strong focus on supporting them to develop their communication and social skills, as well as teaching an adapted National Curriculum. The aim of this role is to help ensure that both the social and learning aspect of education is made accessible for all learners no matter what needs or challenges they may face.
    
38 weeks per year plus 5 additional training days, 32.5 hours per week, this will include classroom preparation and regular meetings.
