The starting salary is £25,295 (Level One) rising to £26,999 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

The Water Projects Officer role presents an exciting opportunity to join our award winning Energy Projects team and develop a range of services and projects in the Water field. The post holder will help the council transition to a water self supply model and will deliver a range of water efficiency projects across our estate. This will support our wider objective of making Nottingham the UK's first Carbon Neutral city by 2028.
                               
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience of working in a water company or water management function
  • Experience of delivering projects
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to write compelling business cases to recommend investment in water efficiency
