Salary Range: £ 19,947- £21,168   
The role is designed to support the work of the visiting Warm Homes Officer and will be split across 2 priority work streams with flexibility based on demand and seasonal impacts on the service.
The role will:
* Provide an intermediate level of general energy efficiency information and advice giving by telephone
* Deliver promotional and training activity to internal and external organisations and relevant public facing events about the Warm Homes service, fuel poverty and how to access the service.             
• NVQ 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification OR relevant demonstrable experience in a customer facing environment
• Demonstrating excellent customer care
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to adapt to deal with a wide range of customers
