Salary Range: £21,185 - £24,495
           
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a procurement or contract management environment and used to negotiating with external providers or agencies. You must have experience of using Microsoft Office applications and databases, collating and analysing statistical information and working to tight deadlines and in a pressurised environment. You will also have experience of serving customers and members of the public.
           
The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and good communication skills demonstrating tact, assertiveness and diplomacy and able to liaise sympathetically and calmly with members of the public including parents and carers both by telephone and in writing.
    
You must be able to use your own initiative in planning and prioritising your workload and be able to work well in a team and make a positive contribution.
              
MAIN DUTIES:
To assist in the effective, efficient and legally compliant delivery of passenger transport services.
                 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience
