Are you a registered Social Worker who is committed to making a difference to the lives of people with a learning disability and/or Autism? Do you want to support our work to assist people to move from hospital to a community setting? Do you want to work in a multi disciplinary way to try and prevent admissions? Working in Adult Social Care

We are highly ambitious and seek people with skills and experience in Adult Social care, Experienced support workers, qualified Social Workers, AMHPs and BIAs who share our drive and passion for delivering the highest quality assessment and support to service users, carers and families and will welcome the opportunity to work with a department that is investing in care pathway improvements and transformational developments.
