Salary Details: Grade 7 - (£19,947 pa)      
The Technical Administrator role in the Engineering Services team is to assist with technical data analysis and administrative processes relevant to the business area, updating records in accordance with current legislation and monitoring internal and external performance or technical activities.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Main Main Main duties & responsibilities include:
• To support the department process including updating technical manuals, guidance notes and records.
• To understand and record performance information related to seasonal works, H&S, waste management and operational equipment.
• To assist in the resolution of financial matters including, processing invoices, payment issues, income and expenditure and pro-actively dealing with queries from suppliers and customers.
• To comply with all Quality Assurance Procedures
• Support the service delivery team to ensure accurate and timely requests for payment following works completion are processed
• Support core processes and assist in the compilation of performance data.          
The nature of the work may involve the jobholder carrying out work outside of normal working hours and may involve the jobholder carrying out work at different locations than their designated base.
