Salary Range: £46,413 - £51,351 
Leicestershire County Council has made a commitment to reduce our carbon emissions to net zero by 2030. We've already made good progress - we've reduced our carbon emissions by more than 64% over the past 10 years. To help us achieve our goal, we are recruiting a Team Manager for Carbon Reduction. You will be working with colleagues both in the Environment and Waste branch and across the organisation to develop and deliver a carbon roadmap.

• Degree in an appropriate subject or equivalent qualification
• Contributing to the development of high-quality policies and strategies in order to achieve the strategic outcomes of an organisation
• Successful management and delivery of projects, including experience of resolving organisational and cross-cutting service issues
• Experience in building powerful relationships across stakeholders, peers and partners creating open and transparent relationships based on trust
