Judged as ‘Good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection (Feb 2018), Long Field Academy is an 11-16 provider located in the rural market town of Melton Mowbray, just 17 miles from both Nottingham and Leicester.
    
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the academy’s Additional Educational Needs department supporting students within a classroom setting.
   
To work under the direct supervision of the SENDCo to provide support for teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with school policies and procedures. This will include providing support to students within the classroom and occasionally to facilitate small groups outside of the classroom to enable students to access the curriculum in line with their peers.
