This is a temporary vacancy, full time for 12 months

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and must be able to work to tight deadlines and to agreed targets. They must have experience of delivering training to groups and individuals. They will also be expected to put together training packages, undertake data entry activities, including the creation and update of asset information and data cleansing exercises and undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems supported by the team. They will administer general housekeeping and maintenance of the supported systems to ensure that information is of high quality. The role is also required to support users across the department with various software applications.
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or GCSE Grades A* to C in Maths and English with significant experience.
