We have several 18.5 hour posts available at our Supported Living service in Wigston, Leicestershire. 
     
Starting salary for these posts will be £9,586.50.
     
The post holder will be responsible in providing direct care and support to service users accessing the Council’s Community Life Choices, Short Breaks, Supported Living and Residential Care services.      
     
The post holder will be responsible to plan, monitor, review and provide support packages for service users maintaining a high standard of support and care to people, ensuring their emotional, physical, cultural and social needs are met, promoting the rights and independence of the individual.     
   
The post holder will promote an environment in which service users are encouraged to retain control over their own lives and are involved in the decisions that affect them; providing an environment leading to a high quality standard of care in line with the Fundamental Standards set by the Care Quality Commission.
