Salary Range: Grade 10 £28,704 - £32,241
Location: County Hall (Temporarily working from home due to Covid 19)
You will be responsible for property related energy and environmental infrastructure strategic planning and management with others and to influence property related energy and environmental infrastructure strategic planning and management. You will Support the development, management and delivery of the Property Energy and Environment programme for the County Council. You will also work in pursuit of achieving ambitions to save carbon, save money and generate renewable energy
Essential Experience Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent in an Energy related field or experience of Energy Management in a Property focused setting.
  • Experience of managing Projects to save Energy and/or generate renewable energy.
  • Experience of Energy and environmental management within a property context.
  • Experience of Energy and environmental investment projects within a property context.
  • Experience of surveying buildings to identify potential energy and water improvements.
  • Working with building users and offering training to support the efficient operation of buildings to save energy.
  • Experience of Monitoring and Analysing Energy Data with a view to reducing consumption
