Fixed Term contract for 2 years (April 2021 - March 2023)
Translating new workplace design principles into clear and high quality floorplans and proposals using CAD software and other appropriate methods
Working in partnership with strategic property colleagues and individual teams to ensure these plans are fit for purpose
Co-ordinating the end to end implementation of these plans across Leicestershire County Council
Co-ordination of people moves and asset relocation as well as delivery and installation of office infrastructure changes
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- City & Guilds CAD (7689) or equivalent
- Proven experience in co-ordinating team/office moves
- Knowledge and use of space management software/computer applications
- Project Management principles
- Knowledge of space utilisation and facilities management principles and rules
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
