Solicitor (Commercial Conveyancing)
Salary Details: Grade Range 11-13 Full time
Salary up to £44,964 per annum (dependent on experience).
   
Leicestershire County Council’s in-house Legal Services has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property lawyer to join its friendly and busy Property and Environment Team at County Hall, Glenfield.
   
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in local government or in private practice and should be enthusiastic, and motivated individual with a good track record in advising on a variety of non-residential property matters.
   
Eligible candidates should have qualified as a solicitor, barrister or legal executive. 
   
The successful candidate will be expected to handle their own caseload of property transactional matters.
