Responsibilities of a Social Worker: 

You will need to be able to travel around Hinckley and Bosworth area to support the working aged adults who need our care.?  
You will specialise in supporting adults with disabilities. 
Our approach is person centred and we operate in multi-disciplinary teams making decisions together.  
We are a friendly team who support each other.
