We are looking for experienced social workers to join our front line fieldwork teams in the North, Central and Southern areas of Nottingham City.

In joining one of our teams you will benefit from being part of a positive working environment and culture, where new staff are welcomed and supported to make a difference to the lives of children and families. We pride ourselves on delivering good outcomes for children and families and are committed and passionate about using evidence based programmes.  We have invested in the use of therapeutic, multi-systemic approaches to work with families to achieve long lasting change and support frontline social work practice.

Supporting and developing our workforce is also a key priority. During a recent pilot Ofsted inspection we were described as an "Employer of Choice" and our workers were described as passionate and driven, in an environment where social work practice could flourish. We actively promote manageable caseloads, support our staff through regular reflective supervision and offer a range of opportunities for continuous professional development.
