If you are seeking job satisfaction and want to work for an organisation that is committed to supporting your career progression, then come and join our new MASH Duty Team launched on 5th June 2017.

We are looking to recruit registered and experienced Social Workers to work in our Duty Team. The team is made up of highly motivated individuals working together to protect children and help families. There are 27 Social Workers posts in the Duty team including our newly formed Children & Families Direct MASH. The team works closely with our partners, including health and the Police who are co-located.

Our vision is to offer the right help, at the right time, by the right people.

Supporting and developing our workforce is also a key priority. During a recent pilot Ofsted inspection we were described as an "Employer of Choice" and our workers were described as passionate and driven, in an environment where social work practice could flourish. We actively promote manageable caseloads, support our staff through regular reflective supervision and offer a range of opportunities for continuous professional development.
