Shared Lives carers have an inspiring track record of supporting a diverse range of people – from young people leaving care, those with mental ill health, learning and or physical disability, after hospital treatment or older people and those with dementia.  And we are constantly progressing and changing.
We are currently looking to recruit Full Time, Fixed Term Shared Lives Officers.
We are focused on developing excellent practice, led by experienced managers within a progressive team. To deliver high quality services and contribute to the development of the service for people and their families. Supporting adults that meet the eligibility criteria to promote and progress a stepping stone towards independence. We want you to bring and use your knowledge to enrich the lives of the people who live in Leicestershire, meeting the demand for service with quality, diversity and enthusiasm, passion, with a sense of humour.  The role is a mix of compliance – which can be a high percentage of office based work and regular contact with our Carers via home visits and assessments, this is a fast paced changing role, taking on projects and changes to grow the service, you will be expected to take on challenges and changes frequently.
