We are a National voluntary organisation delivering unique evidence-based group work programmes which help parents and carers reduce difficulties in managing the behaviour of children and young people and assist and support teenagers who are experiencing difficulties in relationships with adults either in the family home, school or community.

We are offering the opportunity to:
  • Work in a small, innovative voluntary organisation.
  • Work with a small team of experienced practitioners who are committed and passionate about the work they carry out.
  • Support the delivery of evidence-based group work programmes, ensuring quality, consistency and effectiveness for parents and young people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
  • Develop skills, gain experience and obtain theoretical knowledge in behavioural work with families
  • Gain accredited training.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the work with families and the Organisation as a whole.
  • A professional qualification in the social care field is desirable.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years of working with young people in the age range 11 to 17 years old is Essential.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years of direct work with parents or carers is Essential.
