Salary range £27,936-£31,377 
 
The role of this post is to provide technical and administrative support to facilitate the project management, development and implementation of County Council and Third Party funded schemes and programmes. This includes the risk based asset management programme alongside a reactive maintenance service, and other projects as required by the Team Manager.
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
 
A BTEC in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification or experience that meets the essential requirements and skills as identified below;
  • Working in an engineering setting, in relation to design, management, maintenance or administrative processes
  • Assisting with the preparation of project management documentation
  • Writing briefs to commission works based on outcome specifications
  • Working in a commercial environment and delivering projects and programmes to time, quality and cost.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Connecting with communities and localities through listening, dialogue and understanding community needs
  • Building positive relationships across stakeholders, peers and partners, creating open and transparent relationships based on trust.
  • A customer focussed approach where the customer experience is central to the delivery of the service
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
