Join a leading Council Business Intelligence Service to help develop your career and contribute to our childrens social care data, reporting and intelligence offer. Working alongside experts in childrens social care intelligence, tableau data visualisation software, ETL and data server development and the mosaic childrens social care database. An opportunity has arisen due to upcoming maternity leave to join our expert Business Intelligence team. The opportunity will provide experience of direct line management of a performance analyst and contributing to the management of a small, busy analytical team. The council has adopted a forward thinking data dashboard delivery solution to social care workers and managers and the secondment would provide a good opportunity to learn the benefits of the model.    
• Degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant analytical setting;
• Knowledge of data reports, dashboards and statistical product delivery in a relevant setting;
• Experience of children’s social care data, returns and processes is advantageous;
• Experience in advising managers on data, returns and statistical interpretation;
• Producing high quality statistical reports and dashboards;
• Good organisational and inter-personal skills and excellent IT skills;
• Well developed presentation, verbal and written skills.
• Good level of problem-solving skills and initiative.
