Summary Description:
The Trustees of the Odyssey Collaborative Trust wish to appoint a Senior Administration and Finance Officer (SAFO) to provide administrative support to the Trust’s central team in the key areas of finance, HR, ICT, Premises, legal, communication, organisation and in the provision of secretarial duties.
The Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator, who will support with the financial management of the Trust and provide administrative support to the Trust’s central team. The post is designed to enable the Trust’s Officers to operate strategically, by providing support with a broad range of administrative and organisational duties. We are looking for somebody who can accurately undertake a range of procedural tasks to support with the effective financial management of the Trust, and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the Trust at an operational level, by carrying out the range of duties detailed in the Job Description. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and a quick learner, with some experience of the varied requirements that are necessary for a Multi-Academy Trust to operate smoothly.

• Is able to work with initiative, with flexibility and is strongly self-motivated
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has the broad range of transferrable skills and experiences that will be needed to fully meet the requirements of the Job Description
• Is an efficient and effective completer/finisher, with an attention to detail and commitment to ensuring all work is of a high quality
• The Trust’s Officers can rely upon to complete tasks accurately to agreed deadlines
