Seasonal Treatments Operative (HGV Licence requirement)
Salary Details: Grade 7 - £19,947 - £21,168pa + enhancements
      
To work as part of a team to deliver a seasonally based best value, customer focussed service around Leicestershire and occasionally surrounding counties. You will maintain the condition of the road network through the application of Surface Dressing (summer months) and Winter Gritting Service / Precautionary Night Salting (winter months), to ensure safe passage along the highway.
   
Activities in this job description include: Surface Dressing, Winter Maintenance, Gritting, Snow Clearance, Flood Prevention and Stock Preparation.
   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• HGV Licence
• Ability to work nights Winter months / early starts Summer months
