To achieve this we now require a School Lead who will a sit within the Schools Senior Leadership team. This role will focus on identifying low attendance learners, work on supporting those individuals and creating an effective transition into and out of the school environment. The ideal candidate should be able to bring in new ideas and processes in line with our school development plan. You will also be required to coordinate the curriculum needs for young people on individualised programmes.
 
You will be an experienced education professional with case management and data analysis skills. With an emphasis on safeguarding young people with additional complex needs, you will provide exceptional learning opportunities and access to high quality teaching through the coordination of an exciting curriculum offer.
