To achieve this we now require a School Lead who will sit within the Schools Senior Leadership team. This role will focus on working with subject leads and Learning Managers to identify underachieving learners, developing and implementing effective interventions which result in improvements for the learners. The ideal candidate should be able to bring in new ideas and processes in line with our school development plan. You will also be required to coordinate the curriculum needs for young people on individualised programmes.
You will be an experienced education professional, confident in managing caseloads and in the analysis of data. With an emphasis on safeguarding young people with additional complex needs, you will provide exceptional learning opportunities and access to high quality teaching through the coordination of an exciting curriculum offer.
