Maplewell Hall School is recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator for our Main School (grade 5 position) and a Receptionist for our New Post 16 Site based in Loughborough (grade 4 position).
Could you be the friendly faces of our Main School and our brand new Post 16 satellite building, the first person everyone meets when they visit and talks to when they phone?
We are searching for 2 confident, friendly and highly motivated people with a sense of humour and a ready smile to join our great administration and support team, both positions are full time 37 hours per week, (8:00am to 4:00pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Tuesday and 8:00am to 3:00pm Friday) term time plus 3 weeks including INSETS.
Our new team members will need to possess great customer service, communication and organisational skills, you will have a smart professional appearance, as well as meeting and greeting you will manage the school’s busy phone system in a polite and efficient manner with a clear and articulate voice.
Experience in a similar or school role would be advantageous but is not essential as we are looking for the right people to join our team and not just a person that can fulfil the role.
