We are seeking an experienced project manager with expertise in working with stakeholders and a track record in implementing change.
   
This newly created role will be involved across all areas of ESPO, leading on a variety of different and complex projects that will help improve and develop our service to customers. There will be an initial focus on implementing our new website; an exciting programme of work which will transform the way in which we work.

What you will do:
• Manage assigned projects and deliver the agreed outcomes within timescales and budgets
• Produce and present relevant project updates to various boards and teams
• Identify, analyse and plan actions to communicate and engage with all key project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project
     
To be successful you will have experience of managing significant and demanding projects successfully; motivating staff and outside organisations to support change; and negotiating and communicating with a range of key stakeholders. You will also have a deep understanding of project management methodology and knowledge of how to produce complex and statistical reports with detailed analysis.
     
Being passionate and ambitious, you will approach challenges with a creative and positive outlook, knowing that there is always a way to achieve your goals. Motivating staff and colleagues to work together effectively for change will be a key strength of yours.
