Salary Range: £40,701 - £44,968
The Midlands Highway Alliance Plus has recently been formed by the merger of the Midlands Highway Alliance, the Midlands Service Improvement Group and the West Midlands Highway Alliance. It aims to build on the national reputations these three organizations have gained and consists of around 35 local highway authorities who want to collaborate and innovate to achieve efficiencies in highways delivery.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuing success of the MHA+ by:
-Being part of the team hosted in Leicestershire that works to ensure the objectives of the MHA+ Business Plan are met.
-Specifically by taking responsibility for the development and operation of the MHA+’s newly awarded £70 million Professional Service collaborative framework PSP3.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working collaboratively at a senior level.
  • Significant Contract management experience including performance management
  • Experience of managing effective highway service
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts.
