The Midlands Highway Alliance is a nationally renowned association of over 23 local highway authorities who want to collaborate and innovate to achieve efficiencies in highways delivery. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuing success of the Alliance by:
-Being part of the team hosted in Leicestershire that works to ensure the objectives of the MHA Business Plan are met.
- Specifically by taking responsibility for the development and operation of the MHA's newly awarded £70 million Professional Service Collaborative Framework PSP3.

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working collaboratively at a senior level
  • Significant contract management experience including performance management
  • Experience of managing effective highway service
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts
