The starting salary is £33,782 (Level One) rising to £35,745 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our procurement team and support the work of the award winning Carbon Reduction Energy and Sstainability Division. This is a very unique and exciting opportunity to help with the procurement for interesting and innovative projects being developed through our BEIS funded Local Capacity Support Programmeacross the Midlands with specific focus on fuel poverty, domestic retrofit and low carbon heating.
     
This vacancy, led by the Regional Energy Projects Manager, will be embedded within the procurement team to support the Regional Energy Projects Team for the East and West Midlands, aligning with the Midlands Energy Hub for which energy projects and programmes can be developed and delivered. Building on the sucess of Nottingham's Carbon Reduction, Energy and Sustainability Division this post covers the whole of the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be employed by Nottingham City Council. Applications are invited across this geographical region, with Nottingham being the main place of work. There will also be the option for some home working as agreed with the line manager.
