We are looking for a Part Time Premises Officer to share responsibility for supervision of our site and the maintenance and security of our buildings. They will provide a clean and safe environment for our children and all who work here.
 
They will be responsible for day to day supervision of our cleaning team and contribute to the provision of high quality maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds. They will perform a range of regular health and safety tests and inspections, keeping accurate records of these.
 
The post is for an average of 20 Hours per week: working Monday, Tuesday one week and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday the alternate week. The hours of work are 7.00am to 11.00am and 2.30pm to 6.30pm each working day.
 
From time to time there will be an expectation to work additional hours in the evening to facilitate meetings and other activities. This would be paid as additional hours or given as time off in lieu by negotiation. A willingness to be flexible and occasionally swap days or work additional days would be an advantage.
 
The post is part time, 52 weeks per year. Holidays are taken outside of the school terms. During school holidays the pattern of working hours may be different.
