Required to begin as soon as possible, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated person, who is physically fit and able, to join our busy, friendly Premises team.

The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, shifts covering 6.30am to 10.30pm. Some weekend work on a rotation basis. In return, we offer 24 days holiday leave plus 8 concessionary days.

This role would suit somebody who is flexible, able to follow procedures, enjoys solving problems and is pro-active in their approach, taking a pride in their work and the environment they work in.

The Brookvale Groby Learning Campus is a highly successful 11-19 educational organisation created from the integration of two schools on the same site. Our founding schools were Brookvale High School, an ‘outstanding’ 11-14 high school, and Groby Community College, a 14-19 upper school graded as ‘good with outstanding features’.

Now, as a united campus, we meet the educational needs of over 1500 students with over 300 of those enrolled in our Post 16 provisions.

We are fortunate to have a spacious, green campus of which we are very proud. You will be part of a team maintaining two buildings, as well as the grounds of our campus, ensuring that it continues to be a clean, well maintained environment for our young people and staff members to enjoy.

If you are a hard-working, dedicated individual, committed to providing a quality service, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Full details can be found on our website – www.brookvalegroby.com – but if you’d like further information, then please contact Helen Smart, Business Director – hsmart@brookvalegroby.com – or telephone 0116 2817051.

The Brookvale Groby Learning Campus is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo appropriate child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
