The Employee Service Centre is a large team providing Payroll, HR administration and Recruitment Services.  There are a number of major projects currently ongoing requiring our more experienced staff to support, therefore we are looking to recruit backfill staff as part of our cover arrangements.  With a mixture of both HR administration and payroll teams with different operational responsibilities, we will allocate individuals to teams that best meet their skills and experience against the needs of our teams.
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience of working in a Payroll and/or HR environment
  • Knowledge of payroll processes in either day to day processing or a control team environment, running payrolls and ensuring HMRC RTI procedures are completed.
  • Experience of using a Payroll/HR system
  • Experience of using ICT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and good numerical skills
  • Experience of handling customer enquiries and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
