We are looking for the right person to join our Night Support Worker team at Waterlees Court Supported Living.
  
Waterlees Court provides accommodation for adults with a wide range of care needs.

Paid training will be provided as part of your induction into the service.
                         
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work shift patterns; between 9pm and 8am, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays and weekends
  • Experience of working with people who have learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities or complex need; paid and non paid experience will be considered.
  • The ability to write clear and concise written records
  • Ability to assist with moving and handling of service users as required
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of procedures and policy that relates to safeguarding vulnerable adults
