The successful candidate will be a key member of the ESPO sales team and the position will help ESPO to successfully manage sales activity, pursuing new business and taking responsibility for existing large National Accounts.
Working with the Sales Manager on target setting, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on activities to ensure delivery of ESPO objectives and contribution to the overall ESPO Medium Term Financial Strategy [MTFS]. You will also be promoting and protecting ESPO’s brand and reputation to deliver an excellent customer experience for all customer groups.
  • In depth experience of managing sales in a medium/large company/organisation to achieve commercial success
  • Experience of developing sales plans and forecasting models to support overall business objectives and targets
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent high performance within sales budget and to exacting standards
  • Well-developed customer management skills with a commercial focus
