The Midlands Highway Alliance is an association of over 23 local highway authorities who want to collaborate and innovate to acheive efficiencies in highways delivery.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuing success of the Alliance by:
- being part of the team hosted in Leicestershire that works to ensure the objectives of the MHA Business Plan are met.

- managing the operation of the  MHA's newly awarded £70 million professional service collaborative framework PSP3.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of working collaboratively at a senior level.
• Significant Contract management experience
• Experience of managing effective highway services
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and Performance management
