Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Term Time (38 weeks per year) plus 3 Professional Learning Days
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00 pm with ½ hour lunch

We are looking to expand our dedicated Inclusion Team by recruiting two further Learning and Behavior Mentors. We are seeking to appoint positive, enthusiastic, caring and creative people who are prepared to work in a holistic manner. They should have the ability to help create tailor made intervention packages which are suited to meet each of our students’ unique behaviour needs. They will need to know how to make boundaries of behaviour clear in a firm but fair manner, with a robust, professional, yet sensitive attitude.
