Salary:£9.54 - £9.74 per hour dependent on experience - Pro-Rata

2 posts for 1:1 support for two reception pupils
Post 1 – 25 hours per week
Post 2 – 20 hours per week
Both posts are for a fixed term whilst the child remains at school, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week inset).
All posts are subject to a probationary period.

Start date: As soon as possible
Thistly Meadow Primary School is a friendly, popular school with a caring family ethos and a Good Ofsted rating. There are currently 208 children on roll.
We are looking for a skilled LSA with:
  • Experience of primary school
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND, particularly those with autism, speech, language and communication difficulties and social and emotional needs.
  • Experience of supporting children with their personal care
  • A caring and nurturing nature
  • Enthusiasm and motivation
  • Who works in partnership with teachers and parents and has
  • A flexible approach to meet the needs of the child
The hours of work are:
Post 1: Monday to Friday 9am to 11.45am and 1pm to 3.15pm (25 hours per week)
Post 2: Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm, 1 hour’s unpaid lunch hour (20 hours per week)
