Salary: Grade 5 £18,426 Pro Rata Term Time 39 weeks per year (Actual Salary £13,786)
We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team to support the learning of our pupils in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As a Learning Support Assistant you will assist in supporting in class and working with individuals, small groups of pupils and will be required to provide intimate care.
The successful candidate will have a relevant NVQ level 2 (or equivalent qualification) and be able to work effectively with young people in a formal education setting. It would be helpful if the candidate has experience of working with children with a range of SEND needs e.g. Autism, ADHD, (Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs).   Teamwork is also an essential aspect of this role and the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills.
