We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team to support the learning of our pupils in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. As a Learning Support Assistant you will assist in supporting in class, working with individuals, small groups of pupils and will be required to provide intimate care.
The successful candidate will have a relevant NVQ level 2 (or equivalent qualification) and be able to work effectively with young people in a formal education setting. It would be helpful if the candidate has experience of working with children with a range of SEND needs e.g. Autism, ADHD, (Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs). Teamwork is also an essential aspect of this role and the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills.
